Founder of RBI Consultants
Ron Bentley brings over sixty years of hands-on experience in operations management, technical sales, and personnel development. As co-founder and Vice President of Semi-Bulk Systems’ Sanitary Systems Division, he helped pioneer powder-liquid mixing and dry powder handling technologies for the food, beverage, and sanitary industries.
Ron’s career began in the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps, where for over six (6) years he served as a Field Combat and med evac Corpsman in U.S.-involved conflicts around the world, while graduating from advanced Naval medical training schools. Prior to receiving his honorable discharge, Ron spent his final months serving in combat in Vietnam. That foundation in precision and leadership shaped a career that later spanned roles with Kraft Foods, Consolidated Flavor Corporation, and D.S.I. Process Systems, prior to beginning a three-decade career with Semi-Bulk Systems, Inc.
At Kraft, he oversaw operations across five facilities and completed advanced studies in Dairy Engineering at Penn State and Dairy Science at Cornell University. At Consolidated Flavor Corp, he led technical training and regional sales efforts, followed by eleven years at D.S.I. Process Systems, where he initiated the collaboration that would evolve into Semi-Bulk’s Systems Sanitary Systems Division.
For more than 25 years, Ron led that division, helping major food and beverage manufacturers improve efficiency, compliance, and profitability.
